Laptop Storage only Shows 11.9 GB for the size

I am selling my laptop to my uncle and so I did a fresh install of Windows 8 using the install disk and now my C drive only shows that the size is 11.9 GB. Why is this and how can I fix it?

Goto Disk management and see how the drive looks like .

I am not able to pull up disk management. I searched for it and could not find it. I do not have the windows icon in the lower left hand side to right click on and open from there.

run this command

diskmgmt.msc

Shows that Disk 0 is Basic and has 465.76GB and than my C drive only has 11.96GB

The rest is unallocated ? or you have C and D ? can you post snap shot link ?

I was able to fix it be reinstalling windows. Thanks for the help though
