Laptop storage rapidly decreasing

My laptop's storage is rapidly decreasing
For example I lost 2gb in 5 minutes
I really don't do anything on my computer except download music using youtubeMP3
Also, my anti viruse just expired a couple of weeks
I really need help

Perhaps you need to start at a basic level and clear out all the temp files and caches, which I routinely do using the very good freeware program CCleaner http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download
