Laptop storage used up by nothing?

When I check the storage, it says 929 GB used of 931 GB. It says the 900 GB are being used up by Apps and Games, but when I add up the space used, the apps use only 1.54521 GB. I have gone through and deleted random apps that I don't need, and it didn't change the space used. My laptop is a Toshiba Satellite C55t-C5300, operating on Windows 10. Does anyone know why or how all the space is being used up?

It could be just one crazy huge file accidentally created by a glitched out program, I've had this happen a few times. It's also possible that the NTFS bitmap which keeps track of used/unused sectors has become corrupted. Chkdsk might be able to fix that if it's the case.

WinDirStat absolutely works with Win 10.

Run Directory Report as an administrator
That way it can find hidden files
