Laptop stuck at identifying network loop

My laptop ever since I woke up has been doing. I have no clue to how this started and have been on my phone trying to fix this all day

Do the messages have "PXE" somewhere in them? If so that means that the computer can't boot from the hard drive and is trying to boot from the network via the PXE protocol.

I was gone for awhile my bad
but what I meant is the wifi is just stuck at ”Identifying network” and it will not let me connect to it

I ran Farbar Service Scannar and it appears DHCP service is off. Is that the problem?

I believe that is only required if you want the PC act as a DHCP server. Not required to be a DHCP client.

Is it functional via the wired interface?
