Question Laptop gets stuck at the loading Windows process ?

Hi,

I have an Asus laptop that gets stuck in Windows booting. Sometimes it goes to the troubleshooting, sometimes it stays there forever with the loading icon and sometimes the system loads.

I have tried to reinstall Windows and that all went fine, but when it boots after installation it gets stuck again. I cannot finish the Windows first setup screens. I am stuck on this.

I think it my be a faulty SSD. Any opinion?

If you think you have a faulty SSD, try testing it - put the drive in a working computer and run some tests, like with Crystaldisk mark.

Which Windows version are you trying to install?
