Question Laptop stuck in restart loop

I have an Asus vivobook x512da https://www.amazon.in/VivoBook-X512DA-EJ440T-15-6-inch-R5-3500U-Integrated/dp/B07RYXZ5Y1
And I recently upgraded my ram with Hyperx 8gb https://www.amazon.in/HyperX-HX424S...rds=hyperx+8gb+ddr4+ram&qid=1568870203&sr=8-2
And now my laptop is restarting every time and gives me an error saying windows has run into a problem can anyone please give me a solution
