Question Laptop stuck on Grub

HI

my laptop have a dual system one of them is win 10 which is stuck, i cant put it on any mode except on recovery but the recovery or any other option does work, it is stuck.
the second system is ubuntu which i have forgot the password of the username account on logging however i can acces the root but i do not know nor could find any soulution online to change the password i tried all of the methods but the drive is locket and reauires admins premition.

im in need of a great mind to solve this... HELP
