Laptop stuck on No bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key

Recently my laptop became infected with the "ICE" Virus. I researched information on how to remove it and found a solution via a bootable DVD. My laptop did not boot from my DVD so on my BIOS i changed UEFI to CSM and made my dvd drive boot first. When i restarted my computer, the screen seas "No bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key" even though the dvd is inserted. (the dvd drive is not faulty). Now im stuck on that screen. when i restart my computer, the TOSHIBA logo does not appear, it goes directly to "No bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key". My question is how do i go back to the BIOS settings?!

whoops, just found a solution. I just turned my computer off and turned it back on while tapping F12.

I think that you should change CSM to UEFI on your BIOS again and restalling your win
