So my laptop was performing just fine a month ago (140fps+) and now for some reason, the fps dropped to 50. Now I have noticed that the GPU and CPU usage has gone down when playing games, but i cannot find a reason why. I have tried to uninstall some games to free up some space, but that didn't work. I also tried messing with the battery settings and overclocking, but that didn't work either.
The problem shouldn't be cooling, because the laptop is always cool but the fans are not spinning so fast. I've tried to uninstall some apps and stuff to see if it was a virus and scanned the laptop, but still nope. I can't find the solution to this problem, can anyone help? I should mention that the laptop came with a software(Armoury Crate) that lets me control the fan speed. Right now its at turbo.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5-3500H
GPU: RTX 2060
RAM:8GB
SSD:512GB
