[SOLVED] Laptop suddenly turns off or blue screens ?

I have an asus x555lj and it hangs up and blue screen after few minutes while cursor is circling and sometimes it just turns off , sometimes the fan makes weird sound but temperature isn't that bad its around 85 for gpu and cpu when i tried to stress it with aida,i toke it to laptop workshop few times and they never found the problem, it has internal ram so i don't think its because faulty ram,checked the health of hdd with a cmd command, it was 100%,can it cause by bad charger or cpu or battery or the cable that connects hdd to motherboard or even bad windows and it's drivers? i spent lot of money and they never fixed it after 9 months so any help is appreciated,thanks.

in case someone has the same problem,i reinstalled windows and oiled the fan a bit and the problem is fixed.
