Laptop take long time to format

Hello may I know is it normal that laptop take long time to format?

I choose delete everything and already 2days and half still not finish only 99% for 2 days.

Hello ueki_ice, how large is the HDD? Depends on the type of format it may take a long time. A TB can take between 7 to 8 hours.
