Hi, i've been having lots of trouble accessing windows 10 with my laptop (ASUS GL752V)

I started using my laptop like 2,5 years ago with windows 10 in when i bought it, but today i noticed that it started to freeze every 10 seconds or so.

I restarted the laptop and it took me to the recovery page (blue screen) and i got 2 options, restart (again) or go to advanced start up options.

I tried the restart option but i took me back to this black loading screen for like 1 hour, and then i got to the same blue screen but this time i chose the troubleshoot option but it dint work, so later i chose the restart without wiping my data and again it didnt work, it crashed and took me to the black loading screen once again.

So i wait 45 minutes to get to the lockscreen, then 25 more minutes because i couldnt see my picture, username, and password box, via ctlr. so i logged in and everything on my desktop was loading so slow, and it took me like 40 minutes to open each thing i wanted to backup on my usb drive.

I tried to scan with avira antivirus for like 10 hours and it couldnt find any viruses but then it crashed and gave a blue screen error that i couldnt read.

So i tried pressing shift restart on the lockscreen power button to try more advanced options like reseting my laptop to factory or complete reset wiping all my data, but i got a blue screen error called:

''DRIVER_UNLOADED_WITHOUT_CANCELLING_PENDING_ OPERATIONS, what failed: mrxsmb.sys''

What should i do? it takes me literally the whole day (if im lucky) to get access to the desktop, and everything i do in it takes ages. Whats the fastest solution to this problem via desktop?

Thanks.

Hi im getting this asuslogo/blackscreen/restart loop so i dont know how to update bios without actually having access to windows. I tried doing a clean install with a usb but i get errors when installing, repairing, troubleshooting and reseting. The only thing i can do is access the BIOS. Any ideas?

This is the error code i get with every action ido on the blue screen: “CRITICAL_SERVICE_FAILED”

Hi, i already tried Automatic repair, gives me a blue screen error before and after downloading the iso file.
like i said before, all blue screen options like, automatic repair, reset, restart, repair via windows iso, installing a new windows, etc. gives me the same error.

The other solution that they had was accesing ''Disable drivers signature enforcement'' via Startup options (one of the few options that you can acces on the blue troubleshooting screen) but, that option wasnt there this time, all the other options like, reset, restart, reboot, command prompt where there. I tried booting via safe mode, but this window popped up: ''Install windows. Windows cannot complete installation in Safe mode. To Continue installing Windows, restart the computer''.

If there is a way to make startup options list appear, maybe i can bootup without the disable drivers option.

pd: I access troubleshoot options (blue screen) via ''repair windows'' booting up with the usb stick, because without it all i get is BIOS/restart loop.

Hello again donbetulio

Can you please check and confirm if the installation USB you used was obtained from a Trusted Source or Created the USB Correctly?

Also, please check if you followed the Correct Method to Install Windows 10.

Please report back with the results to allow us to provide you with the precise solution.

Cheers!! :)

Tried using the tool on my windows 7 laptop, and at the end got an error.
Tried downloading the tool on my windows xp laptop, but it didnt appear in the links this time.

Hello again donbetulio

In that case, you can try downloading the .ISO file instead of creating a USB drive directly. With the .ISO file, you can create as many USB drives for Windows installation.

Cheers!!

Hello again donbetulio

Now you can either burn this .ISO image to a DVD or create a bootable USB and try installing Windows 10. Since it is the most recent copy of the operating system, I think this should install Windows 10 on your PC without any errors.

Please report back if further assistance is needed.

Cheers!! :)

I couldn't burn the ISO on the DVD. How do i put the iso on the usb stick? i already did that before, with rufus. But what configuration do i use this time? because moving the iso to the usb doesnt do anything.

Hello again donbetulio

You can either use Rufus again or you can try UltraISO to create a bootable USB drive from the .ISO image.

Unfortunately we don't have any tutorial that focuses precisely on UltraISO, but a quick Google search would give you several links where people have given step-by-step instructions on how to get it done.

Cheers!!
