Laptop to stay permanently on

Hi there,
I would like to toggle my laptop to stay on permanently or return to it's usual settings - have a device to charge but charging only works with the laptop on. I'd appreciate assistance

Go into the power settings and turn off sleep/hibernate. This is found in the control panel
