laptop to tv no signal

So, I used to have no issues with connecting my laptop to my hdtv, it would play on both screens and worked really well. I don't know what happened, but one day I connected it and the tv says "No Signal, Check connected device's power, cable connection, and source selection." since then I have tried so many solutions. i've changed my screen resolution, set my screen to "duplicate display" updated my computer, restarted both, and nothing. ever. please help!

Look at the source for the TV, your laptop is connected to the right one.
