Question Laptop touch screen won't work. please help

So i just got this lenovo yoga 520 14ikb and at first the touch screen works but after i updated windows the touch screen stoped working, i tried everything to fix it like updating the bios, reinstall windows, disable hid compilant touch screen and re enable it, updated every single drivers using driver easy and order recovery media on the lenovo website and yet the touch screen still wont work. How can i fix it? ive spend hours and i cant fix it.

i bought it used. Before i sent it to the lenovo center i just need to make sure are there any other ways to fix it.
