Question Laptop turned off during Windows 10 Update, now stuck in endless loop

hi guys, so the problem is it shutdown during the update and when it turned back on it just loops over and over again saying "Preparing automatic repair" then switchs to "installing update" then back to "preparing automatic repair".. and so on. forever. Its like its stuck between the two and doesnt know which one to do.

Ive tried putting a windows 10 install on a usb drive so i can load that up and click repair just before installing a new windows 10, no joy. The pc just will not enter the recovery options. Its an Acer Aspire ES1-531-C8DA. If anyone has any ideas would be helpful. Cheers.

I would prepare a hyren boot stick (basically you can boot into a slimmed down version of win 10) allowing you to acces your files

USB Booting | Hiren's BootCD PE

i would make a backup via hyren and another external hdd/ssd usb stick

then i would format and reinstall win 10

Right okay so boot using hyren in order to access files, then use an external drive/usb to back up all files, then reinstall windows. Correct?
