Question Laptop turned on automatically when plugged in

my laptop is asus vivobook 14 A442UR

Yesterday I was changing my laptop hard disk from an old laptop and everything's went great until I restart my laptop when it boot up it suddenly blue screen and after the blue screen, it just went normal again but the laptop won't turn on unless I plugged the charger and if I don't plugged the charger the laptop won't turn on and it won't turn off. It also won't save my bios settings and won't turn off when plugged in. Please help
