Question Laptop turned on, no display and cpu+gpu fan isn't working ?

Well hi there i'm sorry for the broken english, here i have a problem with a Clevo laptop
The type model is Clevo P770DM-G
The problem is when i turn on the laptop, the motherboard is on, but there's no display
The CPU+GPU fans are not working until a couple of seconds and then turned on for a couple of seconds and then the laptop shuts down by itself.

What i already did

• Remove the RAM and clean it
• Press the power button for 30s
• Remove the CMOS battery

But the problem remains the same
I contacted some local repairman, he said that maybe one or some of the motherboard's MOSFET is fail

Any suggestion or advice?
