[SOLVED] laptop turning into a microwave during game-play

I have Asus Vivobook pro 15 M580GD laptop , during normal tasks, it's quite cool and the fans aren't loud. But, when I start playing video games, like PES 2018 which doesn't use so much CPU capacity, the computer immediately starts overheating and the fans become extremely loud which is very frustrating.
any suggestion about how to fix this problem would be appreciated.

There's not much you can do besides replacing the thermal paste (if the laptop is a bit older), underclocking the CPU/GPU or using a cooling pad. Underclocking may help but then your going to lose performance.
