Laptop turns on then off 1 second later

So today I decided to instal Lubuntu on my Dell, vostro 3750 running windows 7
i5 8Go Ram

After formating then burning the lunbuntu iso on my USB key I started my computer pressed F12, chose to boot from Flash drive and then launched as Lubuntu
what was shown on screen became 2/5 of its size and moved near the top left of my screen for 30 seconds then my PC turned off.

Since this when I try turning it on it turns off after about 1 second
I tried unplugging my CMOS but it didn't help 🙁

oh and sometimes I get 1 short beep

Can you boot I to bios/uefi?

Finnally got to talk to a friend of mine, he got me to press on the power button for a while; take out battery SPAM my boot key as fast as I could while turning on and it now i'm installing windowers 7 again

just answering in case anyone has the same problem as me one day.
