Laptop Upgrade (HELP)

I am looking to upgrade the graphics card, cpu and ram on my laptop. Can somebody advise which upgrades would be compatible and suitable? Thank you.

Is it even worth it? The only reason I'm looking to upgrade is because the laptop is pretty banged up. Different components making annoying noises etc. The housing will also need replaced or fixed.
I can't afford to buy another desktop or laptop right now and I thought maybe trying to fix what I already own would be a better option.

Laptops are rarely as upgradeable as people want them to be.

Your CPU, i7 7700HQ :
https://ark.intel.com/content/www/u...7700hq-processor-6m-cache-up-to-3-80-ghz.html

BGA socket, soldered directly to the motherboard. Can't change it.

GPU is almost certainly board mounted as well. Again, not changeable.

RAM:
You already have 16GB, in a single stick.
Adding another 16GB in the free slot is unlikely to help, unless you are already running out of that 16GB.
