Laptop Upgrades tips Cpu RAM Hard drive etc.

Hello i just bought myself an HP laptop and i just wanted to know what are some good upgrades for my laptop as this is my very first, I want to upgrade the CPU RAM, and Hard Drive but i am unsure as to what type of socket my laptop has and the type of ram i should use and what not. So far it comes with an AMD A6 5200, 4 gigs of ram, and for the graphics i think its integrated with the APU, i checked the system settings and it says that it is a AMD Radeon HD 8400, and it has a 500 gig hard drive, i want to switch it with the faster hard drives but at the moment i forget what they were called. Thank yo for your help.

All you can do is the ram or HDD (I believe you are looking at SSDs)
I dont recommend putting any money into that laptop.

Im not sure how to find that? the model number is TPN-C125 or TPN-C126 i checked the bottom

I see, so what kind of SSD and Ram do you recommend? i want at least 8 gigs of ram and no less than 250 gigs for the SSD

Depends on how much you want to spend.
Samsungs 850EVO series sounds good for you, RAM depends on the model, I am not able to check right now (in class)
