Laptop using 100 CPU

So I recently solved the laptop using 100 disk issue by disabling BITS, Superfetch and Windows Search in "View local services" and then restarted my PC. Now when I use Google Chrome it uses 30 CPU and Counter-Strike: Source uses 100 CPU, this makes Counter-Strike: Source unplayable. Someone help please.

you disk is filled at 100%???? why are you doing all that for a full disk? start deleting stuff. 8}

You are having this problem as lots of programs are using the cpu. This could be startup programs or background processes. Make sure that the programs you have are the ones you use.

well 100 % cpu is a pegged CPU.. not much you can do there... Velo is right. all you can try.

OP offered no CPU specs.. no computer specs.... not much can be said.
