Ok I just realize that when I touch hold my laptop for a while i can feel the vibration of the cooling pad because 1 of my fan in the cooling pad is cracked which makes noises when it runs, and due to that noise its hitting the edge which creates vibration, now it was running with the noise (vibration) (hitting something) while i was playing games, wtching in youtube and rendering. Its worrying me on something because im sensitive in my PC idk why. I know its not a big deal but i aint an IT or an pro specs computer.

Solution
Why not super-glue the crack in the fan? Normally I'd suggest epoxy, but the amount of epoxy you'd need for a repair would throw off the balance of the fan. A small dab of super glue shouldn't affect the balance much, and it should hold since it's not a part that normally flexes.
