Laptop w/PC PSU?

I'm not an expert when it comes to laptops at all. Would you know what the 3 pin conections on a dell are? i.e. 1=Ground and so on...

The reason I ask is I don't have an actual ac adapter to test.

Well, I just found out that :
Pin 3 = (+)
Power output is 19v 3.2A
Any suggestions on how to set this up? I'm also very rusty on my electrical theory (ex Naval AE here ) so baby steps would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
