Laptop Weird Noise

Hello, I recently installed an SSD (removed the hard drive) on my laptop and since then I've been hearing a constant noise. I will post a YouTube link to a video where you can hear the noise. If anyone knows how I can fix it please help.

Extra information:
The sound is louder when opening any program like google chrome for example.
The sound gets louder when I scroll through any program.
When launching a game, the graphic card engages and the sound stops.

Hi,

Definitely it's not the SSD since it doesn't have any moving parts inside it and that makes it your cooling fans. Something must have been hitting them after you've opened and replaced the HDD to a SSD. I would suggest opening the laptop and clean the dust off the fans and while it's open do also apply new thermal paste on the CPU and GPU. You can get guides from YouTube on how to disassemble your laptop.
