[Laptop] What is Secure Boot in BIOS

Hi guys, Originally, Secure boot is turn on in my laptop. I never turn it off.
After I updated my BIOS, my laptop work just fine.
But in BIOS I noticed that "Secure boot" is turn off

Should I turn it back on ?
What is Secure boot and what does it do ?
*** I have licensed Windows 10 Home OEM installed on my laptop

Secure boot is a process BIOS uses that requires a password. It's just a security measure for people getting into the BIOS on your system. So you have two options, you can put a password in the BIOS settings, or you can leave it off. It's alright to leave it off, it's only under certain exceptions or configurations that it's turned on.
