[SOLVED] Laptop WiFi constantly cutting out

Recently my Laptop's wifi has started cutting out constantly. I know it's not a router/modem issue because the issue is isolated to my laptop. The problem usually occurs when I open a new tab, refresh a page, or click to a new page on any browser, and always occurs when I unplug or plug my phone into my laptop to charge. The internet is usually out for between 5 seconds to 2 minutes when it goes out.

I have tried the Network Adapter Troubleshooter, which resets my network adapter and says "The default gateway is not available." The internet usually comes back on after doing this, but will cut out again if I do anything that triggers it.

Other things I have tried with no success:
  • Restarting computer
  • Updating WiFi adapter drivers (Already up to date)
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling WiFi adapter drivers
  • Disabling the option to turn off WiFi adapter to save power
  • Uninstalling my AntiVirus
  • Reset IPv4, IPv6
Could this be a hardware issue? Is there anything else I can try that might solve this issue?

Update:
My laptop wifi is no longer having problems. I am not 100% sure what fixed it, but I believe it was resolved by freeing up hard drive space, as my hard drive had only had about 70 MB free and the issue seemed to go away after I deleted some large files.

Have you tried disabling Wifi Randomization?
  1. Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Manage known networks.
  2. Choose the network, then select Properties, Turn off Use random hardware addresses for this network.
