laptop will not boot

i have a old lenovo think pad r60 laptop. i put in a new/old HDD fresh window 7, did not have any problem till few days ago it will not boot past starting windows screen . I've tried different ram/HDD safe mode..last know config.hdd test. nothing works please help thanks

yes i tried that it will not make it past the starting windows screen

no I'm still on win7

Can you boot into safemode?

yes but it still hangs up n starting windows

Try removing the Battery and cable from your laptop for 15 minutes.
See if that helps

the hdd was out of a broke laptop and yes i tried 4 different sticks
