Laptop will not open windows vista, keeps rebooting.

This issue could be resolved with a fresh install of windows, unless it's a hardware issue causing this.

If you think its the operating system causing it. Look here for details on how to complete a windows reload:

I would complete a windows diagnostic before I go reloading windows though, you can do this by spamming F12 on boot, and then select diagnostics... then let the good times fly and it may tell you what's wrong with the computer.
