Laptop windows 10

I just bought an SSD for laptop and got a new win10 download windows 10 to the SSD everything was fine then got to the desktop and about 30 seconds to a minute the screen goes black and it makes a weird noise and I can't do anything

Now I can't get to login screen, it freezes at the windows 10 logo

What happens during safe mode (f8) ? Same issue? What if you dont log on?

if I don't login it works fine
And I just restarted and was pushing f8 and nothing happened just brought me back to login
