Hiya

I normally play on my PC which has a great experience but I also have this "gaming" laptop which I bought a while back. These are its specs:

CPU: Intel i7-6500U 2.50 GHz 2.60 GHz
RAM: 16 GB
System: 64 bit OS
GPU: Geforce 930M

Now I'm not sure if this is just a dumb thing that is happening that I can't make sense of, but the game seems to be running at a very poor graphics state. In Dalaran, only graphic level 2, I have about 20 FPS. If I put it to the "recommended" setting (5) the FPS drops less than 10! Now, I am not sure if this is because it is running on integrated graphics or whatever, but could you help me run the game at the level that it should be with the specs above? It all seems to be running on "High Performance Nvidia Processor" in the Nvidia Control Panel. So I can't figure out what's slowing it all down. Please let me know :)

Kind regards

Hmmm, have you updated your graphics card recently? If yes, you may have experienced a case wherein the old graphics drivers registry entries are still stored on your computer and your new graphics driver took its place (just summarizing). I suggest uninstalling your current graphics driver using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) you can google this. After uninstalling using DDU in safe mode, download and install the latest graphics driver from nvidia with your respective model. Cheers! :)
