Question Laptop with a GeForce GT 645M crashes after 1 min of stress ?

Medion P7816 laptop with a GeForce GT 645M crashes after 1 min of stress, I get a gray screen with horizontal colored lines and I have to restart to go back to normal. Ive only had it for a while and the seller i got it from didnt mention the gpu in the specs, just integrated graphics and it runs great on that with a new ssd and I was just wondering if the gpu is dead or sumthing, it crashed when it reached 65 degrees from what I can tell.
