Laptop with Mini PCI-E at full X16 speed

Wondering if anyone knows of a laptop with a mini pcie slot that works at full x16 speed.

None because mpcie doesn't go up to x16. The most is x2. They just don't have that many pins. Your best bet would be a laptop with thunderbolt which is pcie x4. You could also just do a small mini itx desktop. Why are you wanting this?
