Laptop won’t connect unless tethered

Recently, my Lenovo laptop can’t use the internet on my wifi. It’s connected but no internet. Other wifi connections work and even tethering using another laptop works.

Troubleshooting it just says that my router has to be restarted even when I’ve restarted it 5 times and still no effect.

This happened when I recently factory reset my router, I have shallow knowledge about wireless networks in general. Any ideas?

Solution
Well seems obvious the reset to factory erased some prior needed settings. Talk to whoever set this up prior.

It could be bad DHCP, 2.4/5ghz bands, guests LAN... stuff that maybe voodoo to you and u need a geek go get in there to find out.
