Dear sir/madam,

Here is the scenario,
First of all, the network sharing center couldn't be open in the laptop, thus I decide to run Malwarebytes to perform the virus checking, and some threats were identified and I quarantined them, then it leads to restart of the laptop, here is where I stuck forever loop on startup repair, but couldn't fix them automatically.
I tried to boot in Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Networking, Safe Mode with Command Prompt and also Last Known Good Configuration (Advanced), however, all failed and automatically direct to the startup repair

I hope to get some help from here !
Thank you

Hi there, problem solved after reinstall of the windows 7 ultimate, however I couldn't get the product key, so I cant do the activation, but now having another issue, I install most of the drivers and Wireless LAN driver installation comes into error, the error message as "the device may not be present or could have been ejected/unplugged from the system", so now I'm using Ethernet connection to have Internet connection

Glad to hear you're up and running again. What are your laptop specs? Often a laptop model will have a different wireless adapters. Check the drivers available for your laptop and see if there is a different driver(s) than you are using. Also check the device manger for an unknown device, which is likely your wireless adapter
