Question Laptop won't boot the second time after ram was changed

I have a laptop HP Elitebook 850 G5 and I bought two memory modules 16Gb each one a HyperX HX426S15IB2K2/32.
After I removed the old memory and placed a new one everything went fine. But after reboot laptop goes to black screen and gives me 3 long and 2 short beeps (The embedded controller has timed out waiting for BIOS to return from memory initialization). I made a memory test from bios - no errors. And I can boot again but only if I place the old memory and then swith it back to new.

On the old memory that works check for a newer BIOS. Very likely the laptop is not too happy with the RAM, it's a pretty high end set for that laptop. Does it work with a single new RAM stick?

no it doesn't
I've updeted bios to the latest version it didn't help

from bios logs I can see that there was an error: 2E1-Memory Size Error
