Question Laptop won't boot

I was trying to install kali linux . I created new partitions in the hard drive I think. Now my laptop won't boot up at all. The hard drive appears in the bios. Can't enter safe mode. Tried hard reset, I think. How do I fix this?

create a live USB and boot from it.

yeah, it's like systems boots into a live linux which runs from usb and you can even install from there to your hdd.

I was using that whenever my windows was so dead that I had no access to files saved on desktop and my documents. Didn't want to wipe my C before reinstalling windows, so I'd use a live linux to donate organs from dead corpse of windows.
