laptop wont connect to router at work but connects to router at home. However my phone and my coworkers laptop connect to it?

So basically title. My laptop wont connect to my router at work but it will connect to my router at home but i doubt its a work router problem as my phone can connect to it.

Also another weird thing is i have connected to it before but i had to unplug and plug the router back in 3 times. however i havent been able to replicate these results consistently. also i have tried uninstalling my computers network adapter then restarting the computer so it would auto reinstall but that also didnt work.

my laptop is a acer inspire e15

The profile for the work connection might be corrupted. Deleting the profile and trying to reconnect will probably fix it.

delete the profile as in forget the network then re pick it up? cause yeah ive tried that and it didnt work, or did you mean something else?
