Recently, my laptop hasn't been starting or running games. Every time I try to open a game, it immediately crashes and the games that do open appear corrupt and glitched like this

I thought it was a problem with my drivers so I tried updating all of them, uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers and the games, but so far nothing has worked. Sometimes when I try to run a game, I'll get a little message at the bottom of my screen from "Intel HD Graphics" that says there's a problem with my resolution, but I know my screen resolution is fine and this is happening with every game I own so it's not just the one game. If it helps, my laptop is a dell, runs windows 7, and is 64-bit, model is "Studio 17/1749" . Any help is much appreciated and thank you for your time!
