Laptop won't start after installed 8gig Kingston memory

I have clevo w370ss. Recently installed 8gig memory Kingston, I have already 16gig (8x2 Samsung ddr3). When i installed Kingston memory with battery on it.the laptop start automatically.then after few minutes the system shutdown. When i try push the power button the laptop won't start.. Help please and any advice would be appreciated?

Is the Kingston 8 GB SODIMM on this list? If not, then the Kingston memory may be incompatible with the laptop. If the Kingston memory IS on that list, then it is likely that it is incompatible with the existing Samsung memory.

Try clearing CMOS.

If still have problems, try other 8 GB modules until a compatible combination is found. Suggest using other Samsung 8 GB modules to maximize the chances of module compatibility with the existing Samsung memory.
