laptop wont start up. l.e.d.s lite for 20 secnds, then quit.

laptop wont start up at all. l.e.d. lite up for about 20 seconds then stop. maybe power supply is bad ?

your RAM could have died possibly. Does the laptop usually run hot?

Hi,

Get the battery out and unplug the laptop. Press on the power button for about 10 seconds and try to boot with only the power cable plugged in.

If still nothing, get the memory ou and try to boot with one stick at a time.

If still doesn't boot, you might have problems with the motherboard.
