laptop wont start

When i turn my laptop on it goes to the winfows boot manager but i cant get it to do nothing else no matter whats keys i mash they wont work

The make and model details will help people to help you. Some have odd ways of bringing up the BIOS settings.

If you get there and can see a SMART entry, use that test on the hard disk because it could be the cause of Windows failing to start properly.
