Question Laptop won't turn on

Hello
I have hp elitebook 8560w but when I try to start it, nothing happened.
First I left him on charger for couple of hours, after I got green light on lap top, tried to start it
but nothing happened.
After that I tried without battery, all I got is green light on charger and orange on laptop, also nothing happened.
Last is again green on charger but fast orange blinking on laptop.
Thing is I was on trip, laptop was turned off for one week and now it won't turn on.
If you need more info about this or any suggestion I'm here.

With the physical battery for the laptop removed and the wall outlet/power brick disconnected, press and hold down the power button for the laptop for 30 seconds. This should drain all residual charge from laptop. You might also want to remove the rams from your laptop and use only one stick of ram in your slots. Power up using the power adapter connection only, not the battery. If the laptop powers up successfully, power down(disconnect from power adapter), insert the laptop battery and then power up again.
