[SOLVED] Laptop won't turn on ?

Laptop dead, no charging lights no whatsoever

Isolated everything and got mobo out
Replaced ram and still not working so ram not the issue
same with charger and cpu fan.

noticed two usb ports give electricity output (by connecting to a speaker and hearing the shhh sound)
the third usb port gives the shhh sound for 1 second after i plug the charger but then turns off and becomes silent.

any idea what could be the issue? can the usb port be defective or can it keep the entire laptop from turning on? notice that no broken pins are coming out of it or causing a short circuit to the laptop itself.

Make and model of the laptop as well as it's SKU? I think you need to inspect the motherboard to see if the capacitors or VRM's need replacing. Outside of that, you could also try and power up the laptop without the battery installed on it.
