Since I restored my laptop to factory settings (since it was slow af), my Laptop stopped using my
dedicated AMD GPU (AMD Radeon R7 M260), using my Intel HD Graphics 5500 for gaming.
I have tried so many thigs to fix it and I just can't do it. Since I don't want to pay to fix it I decided to ask help in the forum.

If someone could help me I would me much apreciated.

Installed all the drivers for my GPU at the AMD website, tried to disable the Intel GPU, tried to enable the AMD GPU via BIOS, installed the gaming app by amd so I could choose my AMD GPU still with no results.

i know im gonna sound like such an ass but you checked all the connections in the case?

if i had this problem i would use Speccy by Piriform (trusted freeware that is really helpful for people interested in making changes to their hardware/monitor temps/etc)....

Download Speccy
Run as administrator
Select Motherboard
Scroll down to PCI Data and open drop down menu
Find whichever PCI Slot your dedicated GPU is is
Determine whether or not said slot is "in use"
