laptop wont use dedicated gpu

my laptop is acer e1-572g equipped with amd radeon hd 8750m, intel core i5-4200u, 4gb ram, win 8.1 pro. the question is whenever i run any games especially new latest titles it just didnt have any option to use my dedicated gpu, only the intel integrated gpu. how can i make it to use the dedicated gpu? i tried to find solution for instance, "go to gu settings, swith it to performance bla bla" but it still wont. i wonder why.

have you looked in the BIOS?
