Question Laptop works fine without charger but shorts when charger is connected ?

Its all good without the charger but the fps goes down from 100-140 fps to 15-40 fps...

If plug the charger back in; seconds, sometimes minutes before the screen turns black (backlight on), fan is still on.

All capacitors seem okay, i don't have that meter to test it but the computer works sooooo.

A second opinion would be nice.

P.S The charger still works (Charging the battery but best when the laptop is turned off).
