Laptops BIOS flash without operating system

Hi, My lenovo Y410's (3000 series) Bios needs to be flash without operating system. Please let me know how to do it through DOS mode or physically.

Try hitting F2 as soon as you boot laptop. Think that's the button for Lenovo's. Could also be Delete..

Yeah then flash BIOS from USB using the BIOS flash utility
