The laptops in my home (and only the laptops) disconnect about once per minute to my AT&T (Netbuddy) hotspot and Asus Router which are bridged and then reconnect on their own.

Since I am in a rural area this is the best setup that I can come up with.

I can stream netflix on any of my smart tv(s) as much as I want without interruption using the above setup. My smartphones run on wifi without interruption either.

If I ping google.com for example, you can see the drop off about every minute.

Of note, connecting my laptops to my hotspot results in a connection and there is never any drop off.

Operating system is Windows 10.

Seems like this rules out the laptop network device driver and hardware being that any laptop will drop off and then come back.

This problem has been plaguing me for years.

Any ideas?
